1. How to make an exchange?

Making a change in CARISMAstore is very easy. You have 15 days from the date of invoice to make an exchange. Follow these steps:

Send us an email to info@carisma-store.com with the reference of the article (s) to be returned and the reference and size of the new articles (see reference and sizes available on the website).

Condition the item (s) in a properly sealed package (you can use CARISMAstore packaging) together with the Invoice Duplicate and send it to:

* The term of the reservation of articles for exchange is 5 days. In case of settlement of values, payment must be made during this period in order to guarantee stock of the reservation made and confirmed by our Customer Support.

 

2. How to make a complaint about a used product?

Making a complaint to CARISMAstore is very easy. Follow these steps:

Send us an email to info@carisma-store.com reference to the articles to be returned and the reason for the complaint.

Condition the item (s) in a properly sealed package (you can use CARISMAstore packaging) together with the Invoice Duplicate and send it to:

Upon receipt of your shipment, the complaint will be reported to the brand and the maximum response time to the customer is 1 month.

 

3. Do I have to pay to return?

Yes. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer. You can always choose to return the order to the physical store of CARISMAstore.

3.1. I received a wrong and / or defective article.

Do I have to pay to make a return? CARISMAstore assumes the costs of the return if the goods are shipped in an incorrect and / or defective way, under the following conditions:

The customer must send the proof of postage for the customer support, and the IBAN for reimbursement;

The refund of the shipping costs will be a maximum of 5 € for Portugal, 10 € for Spain and 25 € rest of the world.
